Dramatically different from classic toning treatments, perfecting the make-up removal action, Sisleÿa Essential skincare Lotion is the 1st step of the anti-ageing skincare routine.- It contains essential active ingredients (Marshmallow extract, Padina pavonica, Phytosqualane and Ginkgo biloba) to moisturise and nourish the skin making it more receptive to subsequent skincare treatments.- It contains renowned anti-ageing active ingredients from the Sisleÿa range (White Willow, Alkekengi Calyx, Padina pavonica, Ginkgo biloba) for radiant youthful skin.It's the primary source of essential skincare ingredients in the daily beauty routine.Immediately, the skin is replumbed, radiant and better prepared to benefit from the daily skincare products.After 4 weeks, signs of ageing are reduced and skin appears visibly younger.Non-comedogenic. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
Morning and evening, apply to cleansed face and neck. Apply the product with the fingertips, massage gently until it has been completely absorbed and continue with your usual beauty routine. Can also be applied with a cotton pad.
- Marshmallow extract: moisturises the skin by delivering molecules able to retain water;
- Padina pavonica: reinforces the hydric layer of the dermis by boosting the synthesis of GAGs;
- Phytosqualane: moisturises and nourishes by delivering lipids that are structurally similar to those found in the skin;
- Ginkgo biloba extract: helps tone the skin, anti-oxidant;
- Alkekengi Calyx extract: helps protect the skin, thanks to its anti-free radical action;
- White Willow extract: helps protect the dermis fibres thanks to its anti-collagenase and anti-elastase properties
The formula
The Padina pavonica extract comes from harvesting this brown alga, also known as peacock’s tail.
The Padina pavonica used for our extract is grown in the Mediterranean. It is gently harvested by hand to avoid the use of any machines likely to damage the marine ecosystem.
This harvesting is done when the alga has well-developed thalli, which contributes to their natural regeneration, year after year.
Our Marshmallow extract is organically sourced.
