How do I become a member of My Sisley Club?
1. It's easy, first you create an account
2. You automatically become a member with your first purchase on Sisley-Paris.co.uk
How can I earn more points?
You earn points with every purchase of Sisley & Hair Rituel By Sisley products on Sisley-Paris.co.uk (please ensure you're signed in to your account).
£10 spent = 1 point earned = £1 reduction on your next purchase
How do I redeem my points?
1. Sign in to your account on Sisley-Paris.co.uk
2. Add your products to your basket via the 'Use Loyalty Points' button on the product page
3. Use the gauge to choose the number of points to deduct from your purchase
Points will be credited to your account 30 days after the purchase date and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

How do I know how many points I have in my account?
1. Sign in to your account on Sisley-Paris.co.uk
2. View how many points are available in your 'My account' section
During the 30 day period after your purchase, all new points will be displayed as "pending"
What are the different statuses?
Orchid: From your first purchase
Gold: Between 50 and 99 points earned
Platinum: From 100 points upwards
The status is recalculated on the 1st of January each year and takes into account all purchases made in the previous year
