Free standard delivery

To ensure you receive fast and efficient service, the transport solutions we offer are reliable and convenient. You therefore have two delivery methods available to you: Standard and Express.

Standard delivery

Parcel Force Standard delivery ( within the United Kingdom in 2 to 3 working days after dispatch). Parcel Force Standard Delivery service is free of charge.

You can choose from 5 2 deliverysolutions with Parcel Force:

Home
Delivery to the address of your choice. If your package cannot be delivered, it will be left with a neighbor or at your local post office for collection.

My appointment
Delivery by appointment in Paris only, between 5:00 pm and 9:30 pm in a one and a half hour window from Monday to Friday, for an extra €4.

Pick-up point

My Cityssimo location
Delivery to one of the Cityssimo parcel lockers, available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Nearest post office
Delivery to your choice of 10,000 La Poste collection points in France.

My retailer
Delivery to one of 4,200 stores in the PICKUP network, part of La Poste.

Parcel Force Standard shipping method allows you to track the delivery of your parcel using a tracking number emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

*We inform you that for failed deliveries and by appointment delivery, we transfer your mailing details as well as your mobile phone number and your email address to La Poste for use in the performance of its service, in particular to ensure that your choice of distribution is carried out.

Express delivery

Parcel Force Express shipping (within the United Kingdom in 1 to 2 working days of dispatch).
Parcel Force Express delivery costs are £11, irrespective of the amount of your order.

Parcel Force will deliver to the address of your choice. If your package cannot be delivered, it will be left with a neighbor or at your local post office for collection.
