How do I know how many loyalty points I have in my account?
Find out how many points you have available in your 'My Account' area. During the 30-day period after your purchase, all new points will be displayed as "pending". You can use them once the 30-day period has expired.
How long are my loyalty points valid for?
Points are redeemable 30 days after your purchase date and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
How can I redeem my loyalty points?
When confirming your basket on Sisley-Paris.com, expand the ‘Redeem my loyalty points’ dropdown beneath the promotional code text box and adjust the sliding scale gauge to choose the number of points you would like to deduct from your purchase.
Do I need to have a customer account to join the Sisley loyalty program?
Yes, you must have an account on Sisley-Paris.com or at your local Maison Sisley to join the My Sisley Club loyalty program.
