Then sweep upwards to the tips of the upper eyelashes. Next, flip the comb-brush applicator, using the comb side, sweep from the base (root) of the eyelashes to the tips of the upper eyelashes. If desired, use the same technique for the bottom lashes. Apply one or several coats according to the intensity you desire.

This cleanser is ultra gentle on the eyes but will melt away makeup without irritation & residue.
