Where do I find how many loyalty points I have in my account?
Find your loyalty points amount under 'My Account'. All incoming points will be displayed as "pending" for 30 days after your purchase. You can redeem them 30 days after your purchase.
How long are my loyalty points valid for?
Points are redeemable 30 days after your purchase date and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
How can I redeem my loyalty points?
At checkout, expand the loyalty point dropdown beneath the promotional code text box. Adjust the sliding scale gauge to choose the number of points you would like to deduct from your purchase.
Do I need to have a customer account to join the Sisley loyalty program?
