As summer approaches

The days are getting longer and clothes are getting lighter. If you want to feel good about yourself, it's also time to eat lighter meals and lead a healthier lifestyle: out with the rich food and sugary drinks that comfort us in winter, in with the food that helps our skin and our figures to look lovelier. Seasonal fruits and vegetables are sources of vitamins and nutrients your body needs to function correctly. Tuck in to cucumber, tomatoes, courgettes, grilled aubergines, strawberries, raspberries, apricots... You can vary the flavours and enjoy your meal by combining different cooking methods and textures. Fresh herbs are also very good for your health.

How to exfoliate your skin?

With summer not far away and your first exposure to the sun, make sure your skin is ready. Your tan will last longer and uniform if your skin is exfoliated. It's also a crucial step before applying self-tanning products. Once the dead skin cells have been removed, your skin will be smoother to ensure an even result.


Once a week, add a body scrub to your beauty routine. How to apply self-tanning products?
