Delivery service is not available on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
All domestic deliveries within the UAE are eligible for next day delivery for orders before 12:00 p.m.

Standard UPS shipping (delivery to mainland Kuwait and Qatar, 3 - 5 working days after dispatch).
Standard Delivery is free for orders above AED 500 and has the following additional costs for orders below AED 500:
UAE: AED 22
Kuwait: 16% of the order total price
Qatar: 11% of the order total price
UAE delivery is next day for orders placed before 12:00 p.m. and within 3 - 5 business days in Kuwait and Qatar. You will receive a tracking link upon shipment and delivery after your order has been dispatched. Simply click on the tracking link to track the delivery status.

UPS Cash On Delivery has the following additional costs:
Orders below AED 500:
UAE: AED 46
Kuwait: 20% of the order total price
Qatar: 15% of the order total price
Orders above AED 500:
UAE: AED 22
Kuwait: 5% of the order total price
Qatar: 5% of the order total price

UPS will deliver to the address of your choice. If your package cannot be delivered, it will be automatically returned to us.
UPS allows you to track the delivery of your parcel using a tracking number emailed to you when your order is dispatched.
Country specific duties fees, taxes and handling are included.
Standard shipping fees are free for orders above AED 500.00.
