How do I become a member of My Sisley Club?
1. Create an account.
2. You automatically become a Sisley Member from your first purchase on sisley-paris.com/en-SG or any of our physical Sisley stores.
3. Purchase at least $3,000 within 13 months to qualify as a Sisley Privilege Member.
4. Only Singapore residents and non-residents with local address and contact number are eligible.
5. Membership validity is 13 months from your join month and is non-transferable.

How do I know how many loyalty points I have in my account?
Find out how many points you have available
1. At Sisley stores.
2. Via Sisley’s Customer Service department email: sg.contact@sisley.fr
During the 30-day period after your purchase, all new points will be displayed as "pending". You can use them once the 30-day period has expired.
How long are my loyalty points valid for?
Points are redeemable 30 days after your purchase date and are valid for 13 months from your join month.
Membership validity is 13 months from your join month and is non-transferable.
Membership will be automatically renewed when you make any purchase within the 13 months of membership validity.
How can I use my loyalty points?
1. Sisley Privilege Members can use the earned loyalty points for Sisley product redemption as featured in My Sisley Club Loyalty Program. View redemption list here.
2. All Sisley Reward Points must be redeemed within your membership validity period, as stated on your Sisley Club member profile.
3. Customers are to visit or contact their designated Sisley store to utilize their Sisley loyalty points for redemption. Please allow 28 business days for processing of your redemption request.
4. Redemption is to be collected at customer’s designated Sisley store within 3 months.
5. All Sisley products are subject to availability, and non-exchangeable for cash.

Yes, you must have an account on sisley-paris.com/en-SG or any of our physical Sisley stores to join the My Sisley Club loyalty program.
