لنحت الجسم وفقاً لرغبتك وقرارك، قومي بتطبيق المستحضر صباحًا ومساءً على كامل الجسم أو على المناطق المستهدفة: الفخذين والأرداف والبطن والوركين والذراعين وقومي بالتدليك حتى الامتصاص الكامل حسب تقنية التدليك التالية: 1. تحفيز الجلد قبل تطبيق المستحضر: • طبقيه بطريقة موحدة على البشرة بالضغط (القرص) على المناطق المعنية بأطراف الأصابع. • باستخدام كلتا يديك، وبقبضة مشدودة، قومي بحركات سريعة ومكثفة إلى الامام وإلى الخلف، الى الأعلى وإلى الأسفل. 2. يطبق المستحضر لنحت شكل الجسم المثالي: • على الساقين والأرداف والوركين: اضغطي بشدة وحيوية بكلتا يديكِ، حركي إلى الأعلى باتجاه الفخذ من أجل تعزيز الصرف. • على البطن والخصر: استخدمي حركات دائرية عميقة في اتجاه عقارب الساعة بأطراف الأصابع، يدك فوق الأخرى، دلكي في دائرة قطرها 5-10 سم حول السرة. • على الذراعين العلويين: قومي بالضغط بشدة وحيوية بيد واحدة في حركة إلى الأعلى نحو الإبط. يسمح لك قوام هذا الكريم بارتداء ملابسك فورًا بعد التطبيق.
