فيتو-كحل بيرفكت هو قلم عيون ذو طرف ثابت وسلس جداً، يترك خطاً دقيقًا للغاية. تركيبة غنية بالزيوت (الورد البري، الخروع) والشمع (كرنوبا، شمع عسل النحل) ينزلق بهدوء وراحة، ويجنب حساسية الجفون. يشتمل قوامه السائل على جزيئات لؤلؤية لخلق مظهر معدني عاكس ولجعل التطبيق سهلًا ويدوم طويلاً. مجموعة من الألوان الغنية تعزز وتكثف العيون. يمكن استخدامه على خط العين الداخلي "waterline".
تم اختبار تركيبة قلم العيون الناعمة بإشراف طب العيون، وهي ملائمة للعيون الحساسة ومرتدي العدسات اللاصقة.
