14 days to change your mind

You're free to return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving it. Just fill out the electronic return form available in “Your orders” section, or the paper return form included in your package, and send the products in question back to us in their original packaging.

You’ll also be able to track the status of your return online by going to “Your account” and checking the “Your returns” section.
We agree to refund your payment for the returned products by bank transfer within 14 days after receiving the products.
