Ligne Noire is a high-intensity eyeliner that truly cares for lashes. It creates an intense black line in one stroke, defining and adding depth to the eye. The soft yet firm felt tip glides smoothly over the eyelid for an easy, one-stroke application. Once dry, the very long-lasting liner is waterproof.
