Contour your thighs in four steps: How to perform a successful sculpting massage
Before you apply your contouring care, stimulate your skin by using your fingertips to vigorously pinch your thighs. Clench both hands into a fist and make quick and intense backwards and forwards motions up and down.
Warm a small amount of product between your hands and massage in circles from the front of the thigh to the back, working upwards from the knee to the groin.
