How do I become a member of My Sisley Club?
MY SISLEY CLUB MEMBER QUALIFICATIONS
1.Malaysia residents and non-residents with local address and contact number are eligible.
2. Create an account.
3. You automatically become a Sisley Member from your first purchase on sisley-paris.com/en-MY or any of our physical Sisley stores.
4.Membership validity starts from the date of first purchase.
5.All loyalty points accumulated will expire on 1st Jan of the following Year.
How can I earn more points?
Points are accumulated as you purchase Sisley & Hair Rituel By Sisley products on sisley-paris.com/en-MY and any of our physical Sisley stores (excluding the Lazada store).
1 loyalty point for every RM 1 spent
Points will be credited into your account in 1-2 days after the purchase date.
How do I redeem my points?
1. Sisley Privilege Members can use the earned loyalty points for Sisley product redemption as featured in My Sisley Club Loyalty Program. View redemption list here.
2. All loyalty points must be redeemed before 1st Jan of the following year. Sisley loyalty points that are not redeemed within membership validity period will be forfeited. Balance points are not allowed to be carried forward to next year.
3. Customers are to visit or contact their designated Sisley store to utilize their Sisley loyalty points for redemption. Please allow 28 business days for processing of your redemption request. During this period if you have any returns or refunds that will incur a negative point balance in your loyalty account, Sisley reserves the right to withhold the redemption products until the point balance is settled.
4. Redemption is to be collected at customer’s designated Sisley store within 3 months.
5. All Sisley products are subject to availability, and non-exchangeable for cash.
