The information collected will be subject to data processing in order to manage and track orders (which includes taking orders, billing, shipping, refunds, claims, and after-sales service), manage customer reviews of products, services and purchased content, and manage customer accounts (including the loyalty program, sales events and activities, prospecting, statistics, as well as selecting customers for conducting product tests).

These data are intended for SISLEY and its service providers in order to process the Order. The data may be sent to partners selected by SISLEY for the purpose of managing customer accounts. These data are stored for a time period allowing SISLEY to respect its legal obligations, or for a maximum period of five years as from the last purchase/contact.

The Buyer also has the right to file a claim with the competent supervisory authority.
