Standard shipping

Standard So Colissimo shipping (delivery in Metropolitan France, Monaco and Corsica within 2 to 5 working days following shipment). Standard So Colissimo shipping charges are free.

With So Colissimo you can choose from 5 shipping solutions:

My home
Delivery to the address of your choice. In the event of impossibility of delivery, your package will be made available to you at the post office.

My appointment
Delivery by appointment in Paris only, between 5:00 pm and 9:30 pm in a one and a half hour window from Monday to Friday, for an extra €4.

At a collection point

My Cityssimo
Delivery to one of the Cityssimo automatic lockers, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.

My post office
Delivery to one of the 10,000 La Poste collection points of your choice in France.

My local business
Deliver to one of the 4,200 businesses in the La Poste Group PICKUP network.

The So Colissimo shipping method allows you to track the delivery of your package through a tracking number that is sent to you by email when your order is shipped.

*We inform you that for out-of-home and by appointment delivery, we transfer your mailing details as well as your mobile phone number and your email address to La Poste for use in the performance of its service, in particular to ensure that your choice of distribution is carried out.

Express shipping

Chronopost Express shipping (in Metropolitan France, within 1 to 2 working days of shipment).
The Express Chronopost shipping costs are €11.90, regardless of the amount of your order.

With Chronopost, you can have your order shipped to the address of your choice. In the event of impossibility of delivery, your package will be made available to you at the post office.

The Express Chronopost shipping method allows you to track the delivery of your package through a tracking number that is sent to you by email when your order is shipped.
