Fortifying Densifying Shampoo: Apply a small amount to wet hair. Massage into the scalp and through to the ends. Add water to lather. Rinse thoroughly. For optimum results, leave on for 3 minutes. Avoid contact with eyes. No sulfate surfactants.

Revitalizing Fortifying Serum: Apply 3 droppers section by section to dry or damp hair, especially to areas of hair loss. Massage in with fingertips. Do not rinse.

 As a three month cure:

 One month of intensive treatment
 
- Use the Fortifying Densifying Shampoo every time you wash your hair.
 
- Apply the Revitalizing Fortifying Serum every two days.
 
 Two months as a maintenance treatment
 
- Use the Fortifying Densifying Shampoo every time you wash your hair.
 
- Apply the Revitalizing Fortifying Serum twice a week.
 
 To maintain results all year round:
