BOUTIQUE MANAGER

For our new boutique in Prague we are looking for the Boutique Manager.

Position overview:

The Employee shall, as per the instructions given by the General Manager of the Company, coordinate the team of the boutique and ensure the proper operation of the boutique and cabins in accordance with the brand image and the values of Sisley.
The Employee shall lead the daily activities in order to offer a high quality of service and create excellent relationships with the customers, contribute to the professionalism of the team and to high-end treatments.
The Employee shall dedicate a valuable know-how to the customers in order to obtain their complete satisfaction and retain them in the aim to develop the turnover generated by sales and treatments.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the boutique team on a daily basis
- Build a team spirit, a dynamic and maintain excellence of service
- Prepare and follow-up with the work schedules of the team according to the business needs
- Manage the stock of products and promotional tools
- Ensure the follow up of cash registers and traffic statistics
- Care of the brand positioning to comply with the merchandising guidelines
- Develop the clientele, recruitment, retention, events
- Schedule the treatments
- Offer a high quality of service to the customers
- Welcome the customers and maintain confidentiality
- Ensure respect for the treatment protocols and correct performance
- Communicate goals and sales incentives
- Create, plan and execute events at the boutique to bring awareness and recognition to Sisley
- Submit monthly recap to the corporate office about month’s activities and business
- Check the customer files are accurate and in order
- Responsible for networking in the community and development of external partnerships to increase awareness of the brand
- Coordinate the opening and closing of the boutique, ensure the boutique is organized, attractive, clean at all times including replenishment, sample drawers, stocking and rotation of stock

Experience Required:

- At least 2 years demonstrable experience gained as Store Manager with a luxury brand
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Fluent English
- Demonstrable skills of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Seeks opportunities to be proactive and pre-empt boutique and team issues
- Demonstrates respect, leadership capabilities and regularly exceeds expectations
- Shows innovation and initiative
